摘要
采用自制的Ni/Sb2O3、SnO2/RuO2、Co3O4电催化氧化电极处理维尼纶废水.通过对维尼纶废水降解单因素影响实验研究,发现在低质量浓度时电极的处理效果较好;降解维尼纶废水的最佳运行条件为处理时间40 min、电流0.45 A、pH值为3、电解质NaCl质量浓度300 mg/L、两极板间距3 cm.在废水质量浓度为500 mg/L时,电极对维尼纶去除率最高可达到89%以上.
Ni/Sb2O3,SnO2/RuO2,Co3O4 electric catalytic oxidation anode is used to degrade vinylon-wastewater.In this paper,single influent factor of vinylon-wastewater removing is studied.When the concentration of vinylon-wastewater is lower,the removing effect of vinylon is better.The best operating condition is gained that time of treatment is 40 min,the current density is 0.45 A,the initial pH value is 3,the concentration of NaCl is 300 mg/L.When the concentration of vinylon-wastewater is 500 mg/L,the highest removing rate of vinylon can reach 89%.
