摘要
对小巧的８脚单片机ＰＩＣ１２Ｃ５０８／５０９的性能特点作了简要介绍。着重讨论了在实时系统中该种单片机工作振荡方式的选择以及工作电压、环境温度对振荡频率的影响。ＰＩＣ１２Ｃ５０８／５０９具有非常广泛的应用领域。
It is introduced simply in this paper the characteristic of the smart 8-lead PIC12C508/509 single chip microcomputer, and discussed especially the choice of the oscillation mode in the real time circuit. It is also discussed how the ambient temperature and the operating voltage affected the oscillation frequency. The PIC12C508/509 single chip microcomputers are widely used.
