摘要
目的:为从中草药化学成分中寻找天然防晒剂提供依据。方法:采用紫外分光光度法在280~400 nm对30种中草药化学成分样品液进行扫描,并进行紫外吸收特性的比较分析。结果:其中17种中草药化学成分具有防晒潜能。结论:中草药化学成分作为天然防晒剂的开发具有广阔的前景,紫外吸收特性考察作为天然防晒剂的初筛方法简便快捷。
Objective: To provid basis for seeking the natural sunsereens in the chemical constituents from Chinese herb medicine. Method : The thirty samples were scaned by the ultraviolet spectrophotometry from 200 to 400 nm, and their ultraviolet absorption characteristics were analyzed by comparison. Result: Among 30 samples, seventeen kinds had sunproof potential. Conclusion: Chemical composition of Chinese herb medicine used as natural sunscreen has a great future. The study of ultraviolet absorption characteristics was simple, rapid for a preliminary screening of natural sunscreen.
