摘要
目的:为从中草药化学成分中寻找天然防晒剂提供依据。方法:采用紫外分光光度法在280～400 nm对30种中草药化学成分样品液进行扫描,并进行紫外吸收特性的比较分析。结果:其中17种中草药化学成分具有防晒潜能。结论:中草药化学成分作为天然防晒剂的开发具有广阔的前景,紫外吸收特性考察作为天然防晒剂的初筛方法简便快捷。
Objective： To provid basis for seeking the natural sunsereens in the chemical constituents from Chinese herb medicine. Method ： The thirty samples were scaned by the ultraviolet spectrophotometry from 200 to 400 nm, and their ultraviolet absorption characteristics were analyzed by comparison. Result： Among 30 samples, seventeen kinds had sunproof potential. Conclusion： Chemical composition of Chinese herb medicine used as natural sunscreen has a great future. The study of ultraviolet absorption characteristics was simple, rapid for a preliminary screening of natural sunscreen.
