摘要
在搅拌球磨机中,同时进行硫化矿物的碱(NaOH)分解和金的氰化浸出,使某含砷难处理金精矿金的浸出率达到了834%;而采用传统的氰化法其金的浸出率只有56%,常规充气碱预处理后氰化也仅有158%。另外,本工艺氰化浸出时间比常规氰化缩短近3/4,只需6h即可完成。
A novel technology was studied for treating an arsenic refractory gold concentrate in this paper,in which both the decomposition of sulfide(arsenopyrite and pyrite)by sodium hydroxide and cyanidation were carried out simultaneously in the same stir ball milling machine.The extraction of arsenic was 67.5%.Compared to 5.6% of gold extraction of conventional cyanidation,the gold leaching rate by this technology could be raised to 83.4%.In addition,the cyanidation leaching time was shortened from 24 hours by conventional cyanidation to 6 hours.
