摘要
我国的风险投资发展较快,但风险投资退出渠道非常有限,风险投资退出主要采用股权转让方式,而今采用IPO退出方式越来越活跃,成为我国风险投资退出的重要途径。与美国、德国等发达国家相比,我国的风险投资退出机制不完善,需要借鉴国外经验,通过多种方式实现风险投资的顺利退出。多渠道地加快风险投资专门人才培养以及加强法律法规建设,从而加强和完善我国的风险投资退出机制。
China＇s venture capital exit channel was very limited.The venture capital exit channel was mainly from the transfer of equity,but the use of IPO was more and more active,which became an important way to quit.Compared with the United States,Germany and other developed countries,China＇s venture investment exit mechanism was imperfect.China needs to use foreign experience to achieve a smooth exit of venture capital through a variety of ways,speed up the training and strengthen the construction of laws and regulations from multi-channel,to fulfill and improve China＇s venture investment exit mechanism.
