摘要
目的:比较硫必利与奋乃静治疗酒精中毒性精神障碍的疗效及生活质量。方法:对63例酒精中毒性精神障碍(幻觉症、妄想症)患者随机分成2组,分别给予硫必利、奋乃静治疗,疗程6周。在治疗前和治疗后第3,6周末分别采用简明精神病评定量表(BPRS)、副反应量表(TESS)评定疗效及不良反应,同时采用生活质量综合评定问卷(GQOLI-74)评定生活质量。结果:两药对酒精中毒性精神障碍均有明显效果,疗效以硫必利更好,且不良反应更少。GQOLI-74的心理健康、躯体健康、社会功能三维度评分硫必利组显著好于奋乃静组。结论:与奋乃静比较,硫必利治疗酒精中毒性精神障碍疗效更好,不良反应更少,并能明显提高患者的生活质量。
OBJECTIVE To compare the efficacy and quality of life by using tiapride and perphenazine in treatment of alcoholism, mental disorders. METHODS 63 patients with alcoholism mental disorders （hallucinations, paranoia） were randomly divided into two groups, were given tiapride, perphenazine treatment for 6 weeks. Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale （BPRS）, E- mergent Symptom Scale （TESS） were used to assess the efficacy and side effects, while use of general quality of life questionnaire （GQOLI-74） assessed the quality of life. RESULTS The two drugs on alcoholism had obvious effects, the efficacy of tiapride was better, and fewer side effects. Score of three-dimensional degree of GQOLI-74 in mental health, physical health, social function, tiapride group was significantly better than perphenazine group. CONCLUSION Compared with perphenazine, the efficacy of tiapride treatment for alcoholism is better and with fewer adverse reactions, and can significantly improve patient＇s quality of life.
