摘要
目的:考察1stOpt最优算法软件在羟苯磺酸钙药动学研究中的应用。方法:应用1stOpt最优算法软件和3P97药动学软件件对羟苯磺酸钙血药浓度-时间曲线分别进行拟合和比较。结果:2种方法均以一室模型拟合时,3P97实测值与计算值的残差平方和是1stOpt的4.91倍。如3P97以一室模型拟合,1stOpt以二室拟合时,3P97实测值与计算值的残差平方和是1stOpt的14.22倍。结论:1stOpt最优算法软件对羟苯磺酸钙血药浓度-时间曲线的拟合优于3P97药动学软件。
OBJECTIVE To examine the application of the lstOpt best computing software in the research of pharmac okinetics of calcium dobesilate. METHODS By using l stOpt best computing software and 3P97 pharmac okinetics software, compute and compare respectively calcium dobesilate in the blood drug concentration time curve. RESULTS The square sum of residual difference of 3P97 surveyed value and computed value was 4. 91 times that of 1stOpt when both methods adopt 1-room model computing. While 3P97 adopts l-model computing and 1 stOpt 2-room model, the square sum of residual difference of 3P97 surveyed value and computed value was 14. 22 times that of 1 stOpt. CONCLUSION 1 stOpt best computing software is superior to 3P97 pharmac okinetics in computing calcium dobesilate in the blood drug concentration time curve.
