摘要
在对三峡库区重庆辖区的7个乡镇23个行政村共427户农户土地流转行为调查的基础上,对农户土地流转行为特征、农户土地转入和转出行为的影响因素进行了分析。研究表明,农户的非农收入比例和土地流转收益是农户土地流转行为选择的决定因素,农户土地转入和转出行为的影响因素及其影响程度存在差异。
Based on the survey of land transfer behavior of 427 peasant households in 23 villages in 7 towns in the three gorges reservoir area of Chongqing, this paper makes an empirical study on the characteristics and influencing factors of land transfer behavior. It finds that the ratio of non-farm income and the land transfer income are the decisive factors of land transfer behavior, and the influencing factors and extent between inward transfer and outward transfer are different.
