摘要
对鞍钢１７８０热轧工程中日方提供的加热炉基础设计作了综合评述，并应用文克勒地基模型、有限单元法对加热炉基础进行了整体分析计算，并绘制了应力及应变曲线，给出了正确的配筋量，取得了较好的经济效果。
It has comprebensively discussed the reheat furnace basic design provided by Japan for AISC 1780 hot rolling engineering.The whole analysis calculation on reheat furnace foundation has been made through winkle foundation model and finite element method,the stress strain curve has been drawn and the correct weight of reinforcing steel has been given.A good economic benefit has been obtained in result.
