摘要
目的:探讨改良式外直肌悬吊术在废用性外斜视手术中的应用和临床意义。方法:将13例废用性外斜的患者进行患眼改良式外直肌悬吊手术和相应内直肌缩短,随访3月至2.5年观察眼位。结果:10例患眼角膜映光法正位;3例轻度过矫均小于5°,无一例复发外斜。结论:废用性外斜视患者应用改良式外直肌手术治疗可获得满意的美容效果。
Objective：To investigate the effect and clinical significance of the modified lateral rectus muscle suspension for disused exotropia.Methods：13 patients with disused exotropia were operated on the suffering eye using the modified lateral rectus muscle suspension and the corresponding medial rectus muscle resection.The positions of the eyes were followed up form 3 months to 2.5 years.Results： 10 patients had normal positions of eyes examed by Hirschberg method.3 patients were slightly overcorrected by less than 5°.None of the patients relapsed.Conclusions： Patients with disused exotropia could be treated by the modified lateral rectus muscle suspension with satisfactory cosmetic result.
