摘要
建设社会主义新农村是新时期党和政府为实现城乡统筹发展,解决日益严重的"三农"问题,全面建设小康社会而提出的重大历史任务。因此,研究如何发挥和加强县域中心城镇在社会主义新农村建设中的作用,对推进社会主义新农村建设,解决"三农"问题具有重要的理论和现实意义。
To build the new socialist countryside is a significant task put forward by the Party and our government in the new period to advance the development of the urban and rural areas as a whole.Therefore,to do research on how to strengthen the function of county downtowns in building socialist countryside has important theoretical and practical significance in promoting the construction of new social countryside and solving the problems of ＂Three Rural＂issues.
