摘要
目的:探讨引起产后出血的主要原因及对策。方法:选择我院近5年来68例产后出血进行回顾性分析。结果:产后出血的主要原因为宫缩乏力。结论:正确估计产后出血量,认真细致的观察和护理、及时有效的治疗抢救是降低产后出血率的关键。
Objective： To analyze the main cause of postpartum hemorrhage and countermeasures. Methods： 68 cases of postpartum hemorrhage were analyzed retrospectively. Results： The main cause of reasons for postpartum hemorrhage was uterine inertia. Conclusion： The accurate assessment of postpartum blood loss, serious and meticulous observation and care, timely and effective emergency treatment is the key to reduce the rate of postpartum hemorrhage.
