摘要 为解决常规的数据采集卡在采集随机窄脉冲信号所存在的采集数据量大且不能实时处理的问题,设计了基于80C196单片机的随机脉冲信号采集卡。采用了80C196单片机、8位高速A/D转换器TLC5540及使用EPLD器件实现计数、锁存和其他逻辑电路,并巧妙利用80C196单片机的高速输入通道(HSI)的中断特性,不仅实现了对随机脉冲信号的幅度测量(测量模式)或脉内波形数据的采集(采样模式),同时还记录脉冲到达的时间及脉冲的宽度,并且采集的数据还可按设定的格式实时送到主机处理。采集卡已成功应用于某型雷达侦察设备中的信号录取,可采集的最窄脉冲不小于0.1μs,对周期不大于25 kHz的连续脉冲在测量模式下可实现不间断采样。 To solve the problems often met by the regular data acquisition cards in collecting random narrow pulse signals, such as the data are too gigantic to be dealt with simultaneously, the data acquisition card for random pulses based on single-chip processor of 80C196 is designed in this paper. The card includes single-chip processor of 80C196, 8-bit high speed A/D converter of TLC5540 and EPLD which can counter and latch, other logical function modules are also integrated into. The HSI interrupt of single-chip processor of 80C196 is adopted flexibly, so the card makes it possible to measure the range of the random pulse signals (measurement mode) or to collect waves data (sampling mode), and in the meantime can record the time of the pulse arrival and the pulse width. The collected data can be sent to the main processor in the given format. The card is applied successfully in some radar reconnaissance system to acquire signals. The width of narrowest pulse collected is more than 0.1μs, and the pulse whose period is less than 25kHz can be sampled continuously in the mode of measure.
