摘要
基于全球气候环境、农业生产方式的变化,提出作物栽培学应利用现代科技理论和手段,构建应对全球气候环境变化、环境友好和资源节约及适应现代农业生产方式转变的栽培技术理论与技术体系。
Based on the global climate change and changes in agricultural production patterns,the paper holds that crop cultivation should make full use of modern technology and that new theories and technique systems should be established in this field that are environment friendly and resource effective so as to adapt to all the changes.
