摘要
以云南烤烟K326为研究对象,用气相色谱/质谱法(GC-MS)对9种不同醇化时间和不同等级烟叶中的主要致香成分(醇类、醛类、酮类、酸类、酯类)进行检测。结果表明:9种醇化烟叶中的醇类物质的含量变化为29.9~46.8μg/g;醛类物质的含量变化为3.8~6.7μg/g;酮类物质的含量变化为47.9~75.7μg/g;酸类物质的含量变化为33.2~45.5μg/g;酯类物质的含量变化为21.6~42.8μg/g。不同等级的烟叶随着醇化时间的延长,5类致香成分的含量均有不同的变化。对于上部烟叶,醇类物质的含量在醇化18个月时有所减少后又增加,其余4种的含量随着醇化时间的延长都有所增加;对于中部烟叶,醇类物质、醛类物质、酮类物质、酸类物质、酯类物质的含量均随醇化时间的延长有所增加;对于下部烟叶,醇化时间18个月时酮类物质含量最高,其余4种的含量随着醇化时间的延长而增加。
Aromatic components(alcohols,aldehydes,ketones,acids,esters) were analyzed using GC-MS technique in Yunnan flue-cured tobacco cv.K326 sampled at different aging stages and grades.The results revealed that the contents of alcohols ranged from 29.9 μg/g to 46.8 μg/g,those of aldehydes were between 3.8 μg/g and 6.7 μg/g,those of ketones were between 47.9 μg/g and 75.7 μg/g,those of acids were between 33.2 μg/g and 45.5 μg/g,and those of esters were between 21.6 μg/g and 42.8 μg/g.As the extension of the aging time,the contents of aromatic components changed in the different grade tobacco leaves.For the upper tobacco leaves,the contents of alcohols decreased at the aging time of the 18th month,but it increased after that,and the contents of aldehydes,ketones,acids and esters increased with the prolongation of aging time.For the middle tobacco leaves,the contents of alcohols,aldehydes,ketones,acids and esters
