摘要
提出了水资源循环经济核算方法,并建立了水资源价值流的可持续利用评价模式。以整体搬迁的天津碱厂给排水为例,分别核算了取水消耗量、除盐水流量、循环水流量、废水污染水平及处理、污染物排放总量等实物量,然后给出了水资源价值量,并进行了可持续性评价。结果表明:水资源循环经济模式比水资源传统经济模式增加环境效益776.1万元/a,采用水资源循环经济模式的效益是显著的。
Water cycle economic accounting methods and water value flow sustainable assessment model were put forward.Taking water supply-drainage of Tianjin Soda Plant for example,water consumption,distilled water flow,cooling circulating water flow,wastewater discharge and treatment,and pollutant emission were calculated and accounted,and water value and sustainability evaluation were given.The results showed that water cycle economy model increase the environmental benefits of 7.761 million yuan/a more than the traditional economic model,the benefits of water circular economic model are significant.
