摘要
为了揭示含两个对称缺口的单向玻璃纤维筋拉伸破坏机理,预估其破坏规律,本文基于剪滞理论,建立一种对各单层分划为有限子单元的剪滞分析模型,分析含两个对称割口的玻璃纤维筋在拉伸载荷作用下的应力重新分布及割口之间的相互影响问题,求出含两个割口的玻璃纤维筋割口附处近完整纤维的应力集中因子及其破坏强度并与实验数据进行对比.本文结果可为进一步研究含多个割口的玻璃纤维筋的破坏机理提供理论依据.
In order to reveal the tensile failure mechanism and to predict the destroy rule of the two symmetri-cal surface notched unidirectional fiberglass,a shear-lag model that each lamina in laminate is divided into finite sub-elements was set up.As a result,the stress redistributions for two symmetrical notched unidirectional fiberglass under tension were analyzed and interaction of the two notches were analyzed.The stress concentration factors in in-tact fibers nearby two symmetrical notch were obtained.Basd on this,the final failure strengths are obtained by us-ing the micro-statistical theory of symmetrical notched unidirectional fiberglass.Finally the result of intensity was compared with that of experiment.Multi-notched fiberglass can be researched by the principle in this academic.
