摘要
人大代表有效履职作为我国人大制度发挥作用的主要途径,其实现尚有许多难点,本文将着重对其进行对策研究,澄清各种对人大代表职务性质认识的误解;加强人大代表与选民的联系;完善代表履职激励与保障机制;健全人大代表履职监督制度。
That the people＇s congresses effective perform duties is the main way of Chinese people＇s congress system plays the role,there are many difficulties to be solved.We should start with the following points,to clarifly all kinds of misunderstandings on the professional nature of the people＇s congress,to strengthen communication between the people＇s congresses and voters,to perfect mechanism of incentive representative to perform their duties,to perfect supervision system of the people＇s congress performing duties.
