摘要
随着电子信息资源急剧增加,信息服务网络化程度不断提高,信息需求多元化等趋势的呈现,高校图书馆馆藏资源结构发生了巨大变化。购书经费普遍减少和报刊图书价格的逐年上涨,导致高校图书馆文献资源建设过程中出现不少问题。基于此现状,主要探讨了微观层次和宏观层次上如何优化图书馆文献资源建设经费的利用效率。
With the dramatic increase in electronic information resources,information services networks have increasingly diverse information needs of such trends as evidence,and University Library Resources in the structure of a great change.General decline in funding and the press textbook book prices rising year after year,leading to University Library resources,the process of building a lot of problems.Based on the status quo,the paper focused on the micro level and macro-level literature resources on how to optimize the library construction fund use efficiency.
