摘要 气候变化和能源安全已经成为当前综合性的全球问题。引出全球能源供应将继续以化石燃料为主,概述温室气体排放现状和由此导致的全球温升预测。从二氧化碳年排放总量、人均排放量、年均增长率和能源消费结构等方面进行对比分析,提出当前形势下必须节能减排,合理调整能源消费结构。 Climate change and energy security have become an integrated global problems. This article proposes the global energy supply will continue to depend on fossil-fuel primarily, and overviews the current situation of greenhouse gas emissions and the resulting prediction of global temperature rise. From the comparative analysis of some aspects, such as the emissions of carbon dioxide per year, emissions per capital, annual average growth rate and energy consumption structure and so on, it proposes that energy conservation and emission reduction are crucial under the current situation and energy consumption structure must be rationally adjust.
