摘要
提出了以89C51为核心,以8279等大规模集成电路为外围器件,利用超声传感器实现快速、准确、无损伤测试硬度的设计方案.可实现人机对话,具有自动测试、自动显示、自动记录、自动报警等功能,还可面向标准试块校准,实现布氏-洛氏-韦氏3种硬度标准的转换等,集成度高,工作可靠.
Digital Readout Technology Research Institute, Shenyang Polytechnic University This paper provided a new project which uses ultrasonic sensor to test hardness fa st accurately and nondestructively. The core of the designed system is 89C51,which uses 8279 as its peripheral device. It can realize man-machine interaction and has many functions, such as auto-test, auto-displal and auto-alarm. It can also be corrected by calibrating the standard testt-block and realize the conversion of three hardness standard, i.e. Brined-Rockwell-Vickers. The system has the advantages, such as high integrated level, high reliability and so on.
