《IMO标准航海通信用语》简称SMCP,是航海英语的重要组成部分,在该课程教学过程中使用"参与式教学法"有助于提高学生运用英语和标准航海用语进行对话的能力,提高课堂教学的效率和质量。文章阐述了"参与式教学法"在《IMO标准航海通信用语》教学中的应用。
The article introduces and discusses the application of participatory teaching in SMCP.As IMO Standard Marine Communication Phrases（SMCP） is an important part of Maritime English,the author tries to expose that participatory teaching,presents a significant approach in SMCP and helps improving the learners＇ ability of both using English and communicating by IMO Standard Marine Communication Phrases and enhances the efficiency and quality of teaching.
