摘要
本文结合我国汽车产业的发展现状阐述了高等职业技术院校可持续发展技能型汽车专业人才的需求与培养。指出了当前高职院校在人才培养过程中所出现的一些问题。强调在当前的高职院校专业教学中应以教育部教高〔2006〕16号文精神作指导,将全面提高教学质量放在第一位,应正确认识人才培养和成长的客观规律,应树立科学求实的办学思想,应注意培养学生的可持续发展能力。对此作者给出了自己的一些见解和看法。
This article combined with the development of Chinese automobile industries talks about the demand and cultivation of automobile skilled talents with sustainable development ability in higher vocational institutes and indicates ,that some problems have arisen during talents cultivation. The author emphasizes that, in the current teaching process of the higher vocational institutes, the spirit of Document No.16 [20063 released by the Department of Higher Education should be taken as guidance, which puts improving teaching quality in an all-round way as the first consideration. In accordance, we should correctly realize the objective laws on cultivation of talents, set up scientific ＆ realistic educational ideas and pay attention to the cultivation of student＇s sustainable development ability also. Some personal views and opinions about these are stated by the author.
