摘要
本文运用管制俘获理论,从高中教育资源市场的垄断结构、管制机构、利益集团、价格管制以及对教育公平和效率的影响等几个方面,对公办高中择校费政策进行分析。
This paper tries to analyze government＇s regulation to public high school choice fees from five dimensions： monopolistic market structure of senior high schools, regulation institutions, interest groups, price regulation and their effects on education equity and efficiency, based on capture theory of regulation in macroeconomics.
