科学发展职教观,是指在科学发展观的指导下对职业教育发展的一种综合思维和总体看法。倡导科学发展职教观的理论依据是职业教育学说,其现实底蕴是职教发展中的实践问题。科学发展职教观包括职业教育发展的战略观和战术观。它是对科学发展观的具体运用和展开,也是对科学发展观的深入贯彻落实。广东要把握《纲要》的灵魂:"科学发展,先行先试",闯出一条科学发展职业教育的新路子。
