摘要
工作场所学习作为一种独特的学习方式,在当代中国呈现出与以往不同的特点。根据国外较为成熟的工作场所学习影响因素的理论框架,对当今中国工作场所学习发生的背景变化进行分析,在此基础上梳理出当代中国工作场所学习特点。
As a unique learning style,workplace learning presents different characteristics in modern China.According to the workplace learning model put forward by Danish scholar Christian Helms J？rgensen and Niels Warring,this paper narrates the background of workplace learning in China,and on the basis of this analyzes the characteristics of workplace learning.
