摘要
旅游合同格式化是旅游业发展的必然趋势,尽管其本身及在运用过程中还存在着许多不足,但其使用简便、省时、经济等特点不仅符合现代经济生活高效、低耗和交易迅速的要求,也是旅游活动不可或缺的工具。当前,要从立法、司法、行政和行业自律等方面入手加以规制,使其成为旅游业健康有序发展和旅游者自身权益的保障。
Although there are still some shortcomings,with the development of tourism,the stylization of tourism contract has become an unavoidable trend for its characteristics of convenience,time saving and economy that accord with the requirements of modern economy life such as efficiency,low costing and quick transaction. It is also a necessary tool for tourism action. Nowadays,people should regulate it from the aspects of legislation,justice administration and industry self-regulation,to make it the guarantee to both healthy and orderly development of tourism and the right of tourists.
