摘要 以氯金酸为原料,葡萄糖为还原剂,柠檬酸钠为保护剂,在一定温度条件下成功制备出金纳米粒子,并用透射电镜和紫外-可见分光光度计对实验样品进行了表征,结果表明,此类纳米金粒子尺寸均匀,呈球形单分散分布,发现葡萄糖和柠檬酸钠对粒子尺寸影响较小,性质稳定,具有较高的应用价值。 Gold nanoparticals were successfully synthesized with HAuC14 and glucose as reducing agent, Na3C6H507 as protective agent, and the colxesponding characteristics were determined by TEM and UV-Vis spectroscopy. The results showed that the gold nanoparticals were monodlspersed with uniformed spherical structures. The influence of glucose and Na3C6HsO7 on the size of Gold Nanoparticals was investigated, and the results indicated goht nanoparticals were stable with highly application value.
