摘要
根据合成的能量条件,建立了焊合形成的能量判据,得出模具与铝铸件真实接触面积与表观接触面积的比值是影响焊合形成的关键因素。建立了模具与铝铸件真实接触面积与表观接触面积的比值与激活能、温度、压射压力等因素之间的关系式,并从理论上分析了压铸生产中各种因素对焊合形成的影响。
Abstract According to the energy conditions of formation of soldering defect,the energy criterion for soldering formation has been established and the conclusion was made that the ratio of real contact area to apparent contact area between the die and Al alloy casting is a crucial factor influencing the occurrence of soldering.The equation between real contact area/apparent contact area and some factors,such as activation energy,temperature and injection pressure has been given in this paper and the effects of various factors during die casting production on the formation of soldering defect were also analyzed theoretically.
