摘要
随着中国经济的腾飞,中国在世界上的地位也愈加重要,世界各国的投资公司希望在中国开辟市场。而中国现行的证券监管和金融监管体制还存在很多问题,应从证券监管和金融监管两方面加强和改进监管效力,根据我国的国情选择适当的监管模式,从而保证我国金融证券市场长期稳定、健康发展。
As its economy is taking off,China is playing a more important role in the world.Many international investment companies hope to explore the Chinese market.But there are quite a lot problems in China＇s current security and financial monitoring system.Some efforts have to made to improve the security and financial monitoring based on the actual situations in the country so as to ensure the stable,sustainable and healthy development of the financial and stock market.
