摘要
研究了 WD615柴油机曲轴盐浴氮碳共渗工艺。结果表明:曲轴基体硬度和冷却方式对共渗层表面硬度的提高有着直接的影响。按时捞渣以净化盐浴可有效地防止疏松层过厚,同时可降低盐浴中CN-含量。
The salt bath nitrocarburizing techonlogy of WD615 diesel engine crankshaft was studied. The result showed that hardness of crankshaft and cooling way had direct influences on enhancement of surface hardness of nitrocarburizing layer. Salvaging dregs and purifying salt bath on time can effectively prevent the loose layer from turning to be too thick,and the content of CN-salt bath decreased.
