摘要
提出了衡量我国低碳经济发展水平的指标,数量指标是CO_2排放量,质量指标是万元GDP能耗.然后运用灰色关联理论分析了影响我国低碳经济发展水平的因素.结论表明,对于我国低碳经济发展水平起关键作用的主要因素是能源结构、产业结构、人口总量、人均受教育水平;而科技投入对于我国低碳经济发展水平不够显著,表明科技投入中用于低碳经济技术研发的比例没有达到应有水平.因此,为了提升我国低碳经济发展水平,必须改变能源消费结构、转变经济发展方式、减少人口数量、提升人口质量、提升科技创新水平.
This paper puts forward the index to measure the level of China＇s low-carbon economic develop- ment from two aspects： quantitative index is CO2 emissions and the quality index is 10 thousand Yuan GDP energy consumption, after which it analyzes the factors affecting China＇s low-carbon economic development level by means of grey relation theory. Conclusion shows that the main factors are as following： the energy structure, industrial structure, the total population, the per capita level of education, science and technology funds. Therefore, in order to enhance the level of China＇s low-carbon economy, we must change the energy consumption structure, change the mode of economic development, reduce population, improve the population quality, and enhance the level of technological innovation.
