摘要 目的:观察复方甘草酸苷注射液治疗慢性乙型肝炎的疗效。方法:将136例慢性乙型肝炎患者随机分为治疗组及对照组,各68例。在综合治疗基础上治疗组予复方甘草酸苷注射液100ml加入5%~10%葡萄糖注射液中静脉滴注,对照组为甘草酸二胺150mg静脉滴注,疗程均为1个月。结果:治疗组总有效率为94.1%,对照组总有效率为77.9%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组肝功能改善情况明显好于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗过程中均未出现明显不良反应。结论:复方甘草酸苷治疗慢性乙型肝炎疗效确切,优于甘草酸二胺。 Objective:To observe the therapeutic effects of compound glycyrrhizin injection on chronic hepatitis B.Methods:136 patients with chronic hepatitis B were randomly and equally divided into a treatment group and a control group.In addition to a comprehensive treatment for both groups,100 ml of compound glycyrrhizin injection in 5% ~10% glucose was infused intravenously in the treatment group while the control group were given 150 mg of glycyrrhizic acid diamine.Both groups were treated for one month.Results:The total effective rate was 94.1% in the treatment group,and 77.9% in the control group,there existing a significant difference between the two groups(P0.05).The improvement of hepatic function in the treatment group was more significant than that in the control group(P0.05).No obvious adverse drug reactions were found during the treatment course.Conclusions:The therapeutic effects of Compound Glycyrrhizin is better than those of glycyrrhizic acid diamine.
