能源植物麻疯树嫁接改良技术研究 被引量:7

摘要 麻疯树作为生物柴油的重要原料,在研究和开发上越来越受重视。为适应产业发展需要,麻疯树已大量上山种植,但缺乏良种和技术保障。在麻疯树适应种植区金沙江干热河谷进行麻疯树嫁接技术研究,进行不同时间嫁接、不同嫁接方法、不同接穗等试验,比较嫁接前后植株形态、结果性状、抗病性等变化,研究影响麻疯树嫁接成活率的因子,以期为麻疯树规模种植后的品种改良提供技术支撑。 Jatropha carcas L.was paid more attention as an important material of bio-diesel.For the needs of industry development,Jatropha carcas L.plants were massively planted in mountainous area especially in southwest of China,but there were no support in breeding and technique.In this study,the grafting technique of Jatropha carcas L.was tested in arid-hot valley of Jinsha river,where Jatropha carcas L.was adapted and well-grew.The grafting in different phase,in different grafting methods and scions,the comparison of plant type before and after grafting,fruiting characters,resistances,and the factors impacting the survival rate of Jatropha carcas L.grafting were studied to provide technique support for Jatropha carcas L.planting in large-scale.
