水淹胁迫对海姆维斯蒂栒子生长及生理特性的影响 被引量:7

摘要 采用盆栽试验研究不同时间(12、24、36和48h)水淹胁迫处理对海姆维斯蒂栒子叶片游离脯氨酸(PRO)和丙二醛(MDA)含量及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化物酶(POD)活性的影响。结果表明,在水淹胁迫期间,海姆维斯蒂栒子叶片MDA含量呈先上升后下降趋势,而PRO含量基本呈先下降后上升趋势;POD活性基本呈先上升后下降趋势,SOD活性逐渐升高;随着水淹胁迫时间的延长,植株枝叶的挺拔度及光泽度下降,解除胁迫后,植株可恢复正常生长,但恢复时间随胁迫时间的延长而增加。 The effects of waterlogging stress for different time (12,24,36 and 48 h) on the contents of free proline (PRO) and malonaldehyde (MDA) and the activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and peroxidase (POD) in leaves of Cotoneaster hjelmqvistii Flinck and Turcz were studied through potting test. The results showed that during waterlogging stress period,the content of MDA in leaves of C. hjelmqvistii was firstly increased and then decreased and that of PRO showed basic trend of first decreasing and then increasing,the activity of POD showed basic trend of first increasing and then decreasing and that of SOD was increased gradually; as the waterlogging stress time was prolonged,the straightness and gloss of branches and leaves on plant was decreased; after the stress was relieved,the plant could be recovered to normal growth,but along with the prolonging of stress time,the recovery time was increased.
