摘要
以吡啶基官能化的SBS(SBSVP)为基料,利用甲酸和过氧化氢对SBSVP进行环氧化改性,合成了环氧化SBSVP(ESBSVP),并对其增韧环氧树脂进行了研究。研究结果表明:随着ESBSVP的加入,环氧树脂/二乙烯三胺固化物的弯曲强度降低,抗冲击强度先升高而后降低,ESBSVP含量3%时抗冲击强度最大,与未改性环氧树脂相比提高了85%。SEM结果表明,经ESBSVP改性的环氧树脂体系断面呈现出明显的韧性断裂特征。DMA分析表明,加入ESBSVP后,环氧树脂体系在改善韧性的同时,玻璃化转变温度略有增加。
Pyridyl-functionalized SBS (SBSVP) was epoxidized by using formic acid and hydrogen peroxide in this paper,and the toughening of epoxy resin with the epoxide of SBSVP (ESBSVP) was also studied. The results showed that with the increase of the content of ESBSVP,the flexural strength of epoxy resin reduced,the impact strength increased firstly and then reduced. The impact strength for the epoxy resin with 3wt% ESBSVP was improved for 85 percent than that for unmodified epoxy resin. SEM analysis indicated that there was remarkable toughness fracture surface morphology for the epoxy resin system modified with ESBSVP. DMA analysis results showed that the Tg of the modified epoxy resin increased slightly than that of unmodified epoxy resin in the meantime that the toughness of the epoxy resin was improved.
