摘要
介绍了一种已开发出的新型高效自动钻孔系统──ＺＧ－４８钻床。该设备用于为大型环保除尘设备中的钢管钻孔．根据工作的不同尺寸和加工要求。分为４种加工方式，在以上４种方式下，机床都有互锁联动、点动和自动加工等功能．而且每个动力箱都具有过载保护功能。
in this paper, a new and high efficient automatic drilling system ZG-48 model machine tool for drilling the pipes of the large dust removing equipment has been developed. Four cases for drilling are realized according to different sizes and drilling requests of the workpieces and in every case, the machine tool has the functions of mutual -lock, single-action and automatic drilling. In addition, each power box of the machine tool possesses the function of over-loaded protection so that the system can be stopped automatically when the drilling-bit is over loaded.
