摘要
考虑了轧辊弹性变形、板形、摩擦、轧制速 度及材质,应用能量法推导出冷轧板带附加应力的横 向分布公式,并以此进行了调节计算,输出了辊型调 节对张应力的影响,研究工作对板形控制及完善板形 控制模型有着重要意义。
This paper gives the supplementary transverse stress distribution formulas in rolling strip. considering roller elastic deformation, strip shape, rubbing, rolling velocity and material. by energy method, then makes the regulating computati- on with the formulas. and gives the effect of regulating roller shape on tensile stress. This research work is significant in controlling strip shape and perfecting strip shape control model.
