摘要
重点阐述了零投切开关构成及内部驱动控制原理。在软件设计流程中提出以无功功率和功率因数作为投切判据,由智能控制器控制零投切开关,实现电容器组的快速自动投切,减少投切过程对电网的冲击。测试结果证实该装置能达到精确补偿、节能降耗的目的。
The structure and control principles of interior driver of the zero-crossing switch were explained in detail.In the process of software design,the idea of making the reactive power and the power factor as the switching criterion was put forward,and the intelligent controller was used to control the zero-crossing switch which realized the rapid automatic switching of the power capacitor group and reduced the shock to the grid in the process of switc-hing.The experimental results confirmed that the device could achieve the purpose of accurate compensation and energy-saving.
