摘要
目的探讨膝关节镜下胫骨平台骨折治疗的综合效果。方法选取2006年1月～2009年2月于我院进行治疗的46例胫骨平台骨折患者为研究对象,后将两组患者随机分为对照组（传统手术组）23例和观察组（膝关节镜辅助组）23例,后将两组患者的LKSS评分、并发症发生率、患者满意率、住院时间、出血量、手术时间及SF-36量表评分进行统计及比较。结果经研究比较发现,观察组的LKSS评分及SF-36量表评分均优于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,患者满意率高于对照组,住院时间短于对照组,出血量少于对照组,P均〈0.05,均有显著性差异,而手术时间两组无显著性差异,P〉0.05。结论膝关节镜下胫骨平台骨折治疗的综合效果较佳,对于改善患者的生活质量作用较大,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To study the comprehensive effect of knee arthroscopy in the patients with tibial plateau fracture.Methods 46 cases patients with tibial plateau fracture in our hospital from January 2006 to February 2009 were selected as research object,and they were divided into control group（traditional operation group ）23 cases and observation group（knee arthroscopy group）23 cases.Then the LKSS scale,incidence of complications , satisfaction rate ,hospitalization time ,blood loss ,operation time and SF-36 scale of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results The LKSS scale and SF-36 scale of the observation group were better than those of the control group,incidence of complications of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, the satisfaction rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, hospitalization time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,blood loss of the observation group was smaller than that of the control group,P〈0.05,all the differences had statistical significance ,but the operation time of the two groups had no diffcrence,P〉0.05.Conelusion The effect of knee arthroscopy in the patients with tibial plateau fracture is better,and is useful for improving quality of life of the patients,and is worthy of popularization and application.
