摘要
目的观察糖尿病护理中运用循证护理的效果。方法回顾分析我科2009年1月～2009年12月将循证护理应用于130例糖尿病住院患者的临床资料。结果本资料130例糖尿病患者中,治疗组和对照组患者掌握糖尿病有关知识的程度进行比较明显提高,差异有统计意义。治疗组和对照组患者对护理工作满意度进行比较满意度明显提高,差异有统计意义。治疗组平均住院天数较对照组缩短。结论循证护理提高了护理质量,缩短了疗程,提高了患者对护土的满意度。
Objective Diabetic care in the use of evidence-based care results. Methods Retrospective analysis of our department in January 2009 - December 2009 to 130 cases of evidence-based nursing in clinical data of diabetic patients.Results The data in 130 patients with diabetes, treatment group and control group patients to master the knowledge of the extent of diabetes significantly increased compared, the difference was statistically significant. Treatment group and control group patients compared job satisfaction of nursing satisfaction significantly increased, the difference was statistically signifieant. Treatment group, the average length of stay shorter than the control group.Conclusions Evidence-based nursing care to improve quality and shorten the course of treatment, increase patient satisfaction on retaining.
