摘要
基于圆弧齿轮的啮合传动特点,应用已建立的双圆弧齿轮单自由度啮合振动模型,理论研究了齿宽、重合度对双圆弧齿轮传动过程中振动行为的影响,分析了一些特殊齿宽区域内双圆弧齿轮的动态行为。
In this paper, based on the meshing characteristics and the single degree of freedom dynamic model of wilkhaber Novikou (W N) gearing with double circular arc tooth profile developed in reference[1],the effects of gear width and contact ratio on dynamic behaviors of the gearing are investigated, some issues which should be considered in design and manufacture are proposed.
