摘要
对军队在实施一体化装备采购中遇到的问题进行了分析,说明了现行的科研、订购和维修保障等工作实行分段管理已不适合装备发展的需要,并提出了一体化装备采购的概念、适用范围以及相应的建议。
In this paper,the problems of our military in the implementation of Integrated Equipment Procurement is analyzed,showing that subsection management of current scientific research,subscription and maintenance support no longer appropriate for a number of equipment development and the concept of Integrated Equipment Procurement,scope of application,and some corresponding suggestions are proposed.
