摘要
建立用顶空气相色谱(GC)法测定酒石酸长春瑞滨中三氯甲烷残留量的方法,选用SPB-1701capillary column色谱柱,用纯化水来取代常用的DMF作溶剂,线性范围2.6～21μg/ml,r=0.9964。平均回收率为98.6%。用本法测定三氯甲烷的最低检测限为0.00263%,而用直接进样法检测,最低检测限为0.00469%。试验结果表明该法灵敏度极高,简单,方便,准确,比较常用的DMF作溶剂的分析方法,更能延长色谱柱的使用寿命。
Objective To establish a method to determine the content of residual chloroform in vinorelbine tartrate by headspace gas chromatography. Methods SPB-1701 capillary column was used. Purified water was used as solvent instead of DMF. Results The linear range was 2.6 -21 μg/ml （r =0. 996 4）. The average recovery was 98.6%. The minimum detectable concentration of this method was 0. 002 63%, while it was 0. 008 62% by injecting the sample directly. Conclusion The method is sensitive, simple, convenient, and accurate. It can prolong the service life of the chromatogram column compared with the method which using DMF as solvent.
