摘要
环境问题是世界性问题,保护环境的法律合作是中国与东盟各成员国之间合作的必然项目。环境问题与人类文明的发展程度呈正相关关系,因此,随着时间的推移,中国-东盟环境保护的合作,其重要性和必然性将更加突出。
Enviromnental issues are worldwide problems, so the legal cooperation at environmental protection is the comment concern for China and ASEAN couatries. It is positive correlation for the environmental situation and the developing level of social civilization. Therefore, it may be more prominent to the importance and necessity of the China-ASEAN environmental legal cooperation day to day.
