摘要
从"权利—义务"范畴来考察民生,我们发现民生关注所有人的生存、发展,这意味着民生作为公民的基本权利与需要国家履行的义务而统一于法哲学的基本范畴之中,因而具有深刻的法哲学内涵。
From the perspective of ＂Right-Obligation＂ to inspect live-hood, we can find that the live-hood take care of all men＇s existence and development, which means that the live-hood as citizen＇s basic right and as needed movement＇s obligation is united by basic category of Jurisprudence, so the live-hood pos- sesses profound jurisprudence meaning.
