摘要
目的探讨双眼人工晶状体植入手术时间间隔。方法对48例双眼人工晶状体植入的病例进行回顾性研究。结果双眼手术时间间隔平均为6天。术后双眼矫正视力0．3以上者42例，占87．5％。双眼术后矫正视力差异无显著性。结论提示6天内双眼分别行人工晶状体植入不影响视力预后。
Objective To evaltate the operative interval of binocular IOL implantation. Methods 48 cases with cataract surgery and of binocular IOL implantation were studied retrospectively. Results The average interval of operation between both eyes was 6 day. 42 cases (87.5% )obtained the corrected visual acuity of 0. 3 or better, which showed no significant between both eyes. Conclusion It is suggest that the postoperatively visual outcome is not influenced by operative interval 6 days between both eyes.
