摘要
目的探讨外伤性双眼上斜肌麻痹（又名外旋转斜视）的典型临床特征及治疗方法。方法先保守治疗半年，不能治愈者，后采用上斜肌矢状移位术治疗。结果16例中，保守治疗治愈2例，手术治愈14例，追踪观察1年以上无复发。结论上斜肌矢状移位术治疗效果满意。
Objectice To evaluate the typical clinied symptoms and the treating method of traumatic bilateral superior oblique palsy (excyclotropia). Methods After half year's conservative treatment, the patietns who were uncured were treated by superior oblique sagittal transposition. Results 2 of 16 patients were cured by the conservative treatment. The other 14 cases were cured by surgery and no recurrence during one year follow-up. Conclusion The therapeutic results of superior oblique sagittal transposition for treatment of excyclotropia are very promising.
