The Change and Significance of Plasma High-sensitivity C Reactive Protein and D-dimer Levels in Patients with Hypertensive Cerebral Hemorrhage

摘要 目的探讨高血压性脑出血(HICH)患者血浆高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)和D-二聚体(D-di mer,D-D)水平的变化及临床意义。方法采用乳胶增强免疫透射比浊法测定184例HICH患者和40例健康体检者(对照组)的血浆hs-CRP水平,血浆D-D测定采用ELISA法。结果 HICH患者发病后第1-7天血浆hs-CRP和D-D水平均明显高于对照组,其差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01);HICH预后不佳患者(n=99)血浆hs-CRP和D-D水平明显高于预后佳者(n=85)(P<0.01)。结论 HICH患者血浆hs-CRP和D-D水平变化是病情发生、发展可能存在的危险因素,临床治疗HICH疾病过程中应充分考虑此因素。 Objective To investigate the changes and clinical significance of levels of the plasma high-sensitivity C reactive protein(hs-CRP)and D-dimer(D-D)in patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage(HICH).Methods The plasma hs-CRP were measured by latex enhanced immune turbidimetric method in 184 cases of HICH and 40 health controls.The plasma D-D was tested by ELISA.Results Plasma hs-CRP and D-D levels in patients with HICH were significantly higher in the 1 day after onset to 7 days than those in the control groups(all P0.01).The levels of plasma hs-CRP and D-D in poor prognosis group(n=99) were significantly higher than those in better prognosis group(n=85)(P0.01).Conclusion The levels changes of plasma hs-CRP and D-D are disease occurrence and development of possible risk factors in patients with HICH,and clinical treatment of HICH disease process should give full consideration to this factor.
