摘要
目的观察中西医结合治疗南海执勤官兵口腔溃疡的疗效。方法将186例南海执勤官兵口腔溃疡患者分成2组,每组93例,中西医组用维生素B12、维生素B2捣碎后与8万U庆大霉素混合成糊状外敷溃疡创面,肌肉注射胸腺五肽以改善机体免疫力,同时口服牛黄解毒片;对照组口服维生素C和维生素B2,同时口含华素片;7d为1个疗程。观察2组疗效。结果中西医组与对照组比较疗效明显改善,3d溃疡愈合率中西医组51.6%,对照组10.8%;溃疡平均愈合天数中西医组(3.72±2.52)d,对照组(7.67±5.10)d;总有效率中西医组95.7%,对照组57.0%;2组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗口腔溃疡,采取对因治疗和对症治疗相结合,两者取长补短,疗效确切,可明显提高口腔溃疡的治疗效果。
Objective To observe curative effects of combining traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） and western medicine （WM） on oral ulcer in officers and soldiers on duty. Methods One hundred and eighty-six officers and soldiers on duty with oral ulcer were randomly divided into 2 groups. In combining TCM and WM group, vitamin B12, vitamin B2 broken up with 8 million units of gentamiein were mixed into a paste for oral ulcers. Thymopentin was used to improve immunity by intramuscular injection. At the same time, a Chinese tablet Niuhuangjiedu was taken orally. In control group, vitamin C and vitamin B2 were taken orally and tabellae cydiodini was given. Effects were observed with a course of treatment 7 days. Results Effect of combining TCM and WM group was significantly better than that of the control group with the rate of 3 days ulcer healing 51.6% vs 10. 8%, the average number of days of ulcer healing 3. 72 ±2. 52 vs 7. 67 ± 5.10 and the total effective rate 95. 7% vs 57. 0%. Conclusion Combining TCM and WM takes advantage of etiological and symptomatic treatment, in which TCM and WM complement each other so as to significantly improve the therapeutic effect of oral ulcers.
